The Bujo Burgers outlet at Junction 6, Castleknock, represents a pioneering approach to fast-casual dining in Dublin. Launched on June 17, 2021, this location introduced a unique “drive-thru meets click & collect” model, allowing customers to order online and collect their food either via the drive-thru or by walking up. 

The establishment operates from six repurposed shipping containers, a sustainable and modular building method that has gained popularity in modern architecture. This design not only complies with current planning restrictions but also offers an efficient and visually appealing venue for the business. 

Kaneco was entrusted with the complete build of the kitchen and service areas, ensuring the installation of professional-grade equipment tailored to BuJo’s operational needs. The interior features a comprehensive kitchen line designed for high efficiency, supporting BuJo’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
