Kaneco played a key role in the adaptive reuse of a historic An Post building in Dublin’s city centre, transforming it into a modern canteen facility for Diageo. Involved from the earliest stages, Kaneco collaborated closely with consultants and builders to design functional servery and commercial kitchen spaces that respect the building’s heritage while meeting contemporary operational needs. 

Our team produced detailed service drawings, including precise layouts for the kitchen canopy system, ensuring compliance with industry standards for ventilation, hygiene, and fire safety. Kaneco also supplied and installed high-quality commercial kitchen equipment, bespoke stainless steel fabrications, and custom joinery to create durable, efficient, and hygienic workspaces.
