Neon, known for its bold, authentic Asian street food, has continued its growth within Dublin through strategic placements inside Dunnes Stores. The Beacon South Quarter and Cornelscourt locations reflect this successful collaboration, offering customers access to freshly prepared dishes such as Pad Thai, Singapore Fried Rice, and Green Chicken Curry, as well as a range of ready-to-heat retail meals available in-store.

Our team was closely involved in the design and delivery of both food service areas, supporting Neon’s vision of blending restaurant-quality food with retail convenience. We supplied and installed a full range of commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration units, cooking suites and preparation counters—all carefully selected to support the food service menu. Each piece of equipment was integrated to work seamlessly within the store’s existing infrastructure and layout.

In addition to equipment provision, we also specified the associated electrical and plumbing requirements, ensuring compliance with all safety and performance standards. Working alongside Neon’s design team, we sourced finishes that matched their vibrant visual identity and fabricated bespoke servery counters and gantry structures to support both front- and back-of-house functions.

The result is a streamlined, durable, and visually cohesive kitchen and service space that not only enhances Neon’s presence within Dunnes Stores but also provides customers with an engaging, high-quality dining experience.
