Edition Cafe - Brown Thomas Dundrum

We provided a comprehensive fit-out for Edition Café, a stylish and contemporary venue located in Dundrum Shopping Centre. The project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of custom stainless steel counters, storage units, sink areas, and food preparation surfaces to support both front and back-of-house operations. Timber finishes and bespoke booth seating encompass the front of house space.

In collaboration with the project designer and café operators, we developed tailored solutions that balanced functionality with a modern, clean-lined aesthetic. The layout was carefully planned to enhance workflow within a busy retail environment. The galley kitchen maximizes efficiency with a rational combi oven, supporting ranges, a fryer and prep counter.  A pass-through dishwashing line is well-placed for incoming dirty dishes.

All stainless steel components were manufactured to meet strict hygiene and durability standards, using food-grade materials designed for long-term performance and ease of maintenance in high-traffic hospitality settings. Customer facing fixtures and finishes were selected by the designer with Kaneco performing the construction and install.

This project demonstrates our capability to deliver precise, design-conscious installations that meet both operational and architectural requirements.
