When Big Mamma Group brought their renowned Italian restaurant concept to Dublin, they chose Kaneco to equip Gloria Osteria’s kitchen and ground floor bar. Delivering on the demands of authentic, vibrant Italian cuisine, Kaneco designed and supplied a full commercial kitchen solution for the Westmoreland Street location. This included an all-electric Ambach Island suite, chosen for its precision and durability. The layout and equipment supplied matches the pace and quality of a high-volume Italian kitchen.

Kaneco collaborated closely with the executive team at Big Mammas on the redesign of the main cooking suite; direct coordination with the main contractor on-site ensured seamless installation for all equipment. Supporting equipment and bespoke fabrications were delivered throughout the kitchen on a tight timeline to complete the space.

On the ground floor, Kaneco’s experienced team designed, fabricated, and installed a full back bar setup tailored to Gloria Osteria’s distinct atmosphere. Custom cocktail stations, full back bar refrigeration, worktops with anti-drip edges, and a bespoke shelving unit for glasses and spirits were all delivered — keeping service running smoothly from the first pour to the last.
