Hard Rock Hotel

Situated in the heart of Dublin’s city centre, the Hard Rock Hotel Dublin is a €52 million development that seamlessly blends music-inspired design with upscale hospitality. Kaneco was entrusted with the detail design, supply, and installation of the hotel’s back bar area and open commercial kitchen, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the Zampas Bar & Restaurant.

Collaborating closely with the project’s architects and designers, we developed a comprehensive layout that optimized workflow and functionality within the kitchen and bar spaces. The open kitchen design allows guests to witness the culinary process, enhancing the dining experience and reflecting the hotel’s dynamic energy.

Our scope of work included the provision of state-of-the-art commercial kitchen equipment, custom stainless steel fabrications, and durable finishes that meet the rigorous demands of a high-volume hospitality environment. The back bar area was meticulously crafted to ensure efficient service flow while maintaining the aesthetic appeal consistent with the hotel’s rock-and-roll theme.
