Kelly's Resort Hotel

Kaneco was proud to contribute to the comprehensive refurbishment of Kelly’s Resort Hotel & Spa in Rosslare, Co. Wexford, with the supply and fit-out for the buffet and bar areas. This project aimed to enhance the resort’s culinary spaces, aligning with its reputation for luxury and exceptional guest experiences. 

In the buffet area, Kaneco implemented curved tile and timber corners, creating a harmonious blend of traditional materials and contemporary design. The counters were equipped with minimalist, flush-mounted hot and cold display units, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency. Additional installations included chef tables and hot cupboards, facilitating seamless food preparation and service.

The bar area received a custom-fabricated design featuring cocktail stations tailored to accommodate the large radius of the bar top. A distinctive wave-like cladding, constructed from rolled sheet metal and powder-coated for durability, added a unique visual element to the coffee counter. Overhead, bespoke ceiling-mounted wine glass holders were crafted from rolled metal bars, combining functionality with stylish design.

This refurbishment reflects Kelly’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in hospitality, ensuring that guests enjoy state-of-the-art facilities within a setting that honours the hotel’s rich heritage.
