McCann Fitzgerald engaged Kaneco to fully design and deliver a comprehensive re-design of their kitchen and ground floor servery space. The project involved a complete overhaul aimed at enhancing both functionality and aesthetics to better support the firm’s hospitality needs.

Kaneco led the entire design and fit-out process, developing tailored solutions that optimized workflow and improved the service experience within the busy office environment. The new layout and finishes were carefully planned to create a modern, efficient space that meets the high standards expected in a corporate setting. The prep area and cooking suite were designed back-to-back to ensure an efficient break and lunch service. The servery space was designed with a flush-countertop cold display, providing a modern and versatile solution to self-service salads.

Our team worked closely with the client throughout the project to ensure that all fabrication and installation components were precisely executed to complement the overall design vision, while adhering to strict hygiene and durability requirements.
